- Cots and Extra Beds
Cots are available on request and subject to availability. Extra beds are not generally available. Some specific suites have sofa beds that form part of their existing layout.
- Pet Policy
Dogs are permitted, but advance arrangements are required. Guests remain responsible for any damage associated with a pet's stay.
- Smoking Policy
All interior spaces and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the porches.
- Deposit Requirements
A one-night lodging deposit is required to secure a standard reservation. Special-event weekends may require a two-night minimum stay and a corresponding two-night deposit.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the reservation selected. Reservations using a seven-day cancellation policy can receive a full refund when canceled more than seven days before arrival, subject to the stated administration terms. Cancellations within seven days can result in forfeiture of the deposit. Nonrefundable reservations do not receive a refund after booking.

Accessible parking and an accessible route to the entrance are available. The property does not have an elevator, so guests requiring step-free access should select their accommodation carefully.
- Special Requests
